Haerenga | Journey
All ratonga | services are complemented with intuitively picked messages, just for you, before you arrive. The space is one of mauri tau | relaxation and most feel this as soon as they lie down and snuggle between the warm towels, if they haven't already felt it when they walk through the door. The scene is set with relaxing music ready for this time you have set aside, just for you. A hot towel clenses your feet... hā ki roto... hā ki waho | deep breathe in... and out, hā ki roto... hā ki waho, hā ki roto... hā ki waho. Our tupuna | ancestors sit together in hui and give permission for the session to proceed. This is your time to let go of all that no longer serves you and step in closer to your highest self. It is my job to facilitate this space for you to be able to do this in a safe, loving and mana enhancing way. The deeper you allow yourself to let go, release, heal, replenish & rejuvenate, the closer you step into the best version of yourself. The tools i use to assist you in this mahi will be dependent on the ratonga you choose. From wrapping you up in ancient kaupare | karakia to applying kōhatu wera | hot rocks, to the most amazing layers of essentials oil filling your senses. Each session is around an hour in duration. Your session is then completed with a Chakra balancing or a balancing of the 3 Manawa and a clearing of any residual energy sitting within or clinging to the wairua or aura before you begin your journey back out into te ao hurihuri | the everchanging world.
